1. Account and Profile Information

When you sign in with your Google account, we receive from Google your Google user ID, name, email address, profile picture, and gender (if available). When you sign in with your email address, we collect your email address and the verification code we send to you. When you use Sign in with Apple (where available), we receive the identifier and email information that Apple provides. We also collect your IP address and the country/region, province, and network operator derived from it. We use this information to establish and maintain connections, provide the Services, prevent abuse, and improve compatibility and performance.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share your personal information in the following circumstances:

1. With your consent. We may share your information when you have given us explicit consent.

2. With service providers. We may share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as email delivery, cloud storage, and payment processing. For example, when you sign in with Google, Google processes the relevant sign-in information; when you make a payment, the applicable payment provider (such as Google Play) processes the transaction information. We use email delivery and cloud storage providers to send verification codes and store uploaded content. These providers are required to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

3. With our affiliated companies. We may share necessary information with our affiliated companies, subject to this Privacy Policy.

4. For legal reasons. We may share or disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a mandatory request from a competent government authority.

5. In connection with a business transfer. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, information may be transferred, and we will require the recipient to continue to comply with this Privacy Policy or obtain your consent again.

V. How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information

1. Storage Location. We and our service providers may store and process your personal information on servers located in China or in other regions where we or our service providers operate, depending on the Service you use and your region. When we transfer information across borders, we apply appropriate safeguards to protect your information in accordance with applicable laws.

2. Retention Period. We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. For example, we retain account information while your account is active, and we may retain certain records for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes for up to 7 years.

3. After the applicable retention period expires, we delete or anonymize your personal information.

4. Information Protection. We use industry-standard security measures, such as encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. Nevertheless, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account credentials confidential.

2. Withdraw Consent. You can change the scope of the information you authorize us to collect and use through the settings we provide. Withdrawing consent may affect your ability to use certain features.

3. Delete Your Personal Information. If you no longer use the Services or have deleted your account, you may request that we delete your personal information, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain it.

4. Delete Your Account. You can delete your account in the app through the account deletion flow (with email verification), or through our Account Deletion page at https://rt.janelink.top/help/delaccount.html.
